One of the ways they accomplish this is by providing a total and complete customer experience for the whole family, a “boutique experience” essentially. The Club Customers have the option of belonging to “The Club at Pawparazzi.” The Club at Pawparazzi has three levels to choose from and is membership based. This exclusive club is for owners that want even more for their pups and want to design an overall “experience” for them. The Club includes member-exclusive discounts on products and services, an unbelievable long list of extra perks, priorities, special events and much more. Offerings include an exclusive club with benefits, concierge on staff, enrichment programs in Pawparazzi’s “day-club,” lodg- ing, Puppy Academy, Fitpaws®, a senior dog program, a weight loss program, training, spa services, specialized needs and other fun add-ons.
