A love for animals motivated owner Kristin Remington to start the busi- ness, which is based in Jones. “I’ve had pets — dogs, cats, lizards, turtles, rabbits, snakes — ever since I was a child. I don’t recall a time in my entire life when I didn’t have a dog,” she said. “I love taking care of animals.” Critter Concierge’s services include pet-sitting for dogs, cats, and other pets and taking care of horses, cattle, and other farm animals. The company is insured to provide pet taxi service to take animals to the veterinarian or groomers. It also offers pet-plus-owner taxi rides if owners need assistance transporting themselves and their animals to pet appointments.
