This issue has some especially enjoyable articles about unusual ways that people and animals interact. We think you will like the story of an intrepid lady who is traveling around the country with her mules and dogs. With its horsey heritage, Oklahoma is an ideal place for youngsters to grow up learning all about horses — and they can do so via the academic route too. Another way to be involved in horsemanship in college is detailed in Lindsay Humphrey’s coverage of the OSU Ranch Horse Team.
