Starting off, I’d like to give a nod of thanks to equine attorney Mary Westman for her article about the steps to take if you find a stray horse. I hear about stray horses quite frequently, and this will be a great guidance piece for anyone not knowing what to do in this situation. How about a magical carriage ride this holiday season?
