If we can help, we will!” Boarding prices are based on number of dogs (or cats for Kitty City) and length of stay. Pric- ing includes daycare if the dogs like group play or more individual attention if not. Comfort care prices are based on the level of care needed for the pet. Daycare prices are based on hours, half days and full days. Daycare and boarding packages are also available. “Our daycare services are a little different in that we keep our play groups small, and we have a large grassy backyard with a pirate ship!” Delana says. The dogs and their humans truly love the extra touches as evidenced in the many testimo- nials found at dogville-daycare.com . One dog mom says, “Dogville Daycare & Boarding is a lot like the TV show ‘Cheers,’ where everyone knows you and your dog’s name. Marshall and I have been coming to Dogville every day since January. I work long hours and want Marshall to be well cared for while I work. “I like the personal and loving care the staff provides to my buddy as well as all of the others. Marshall loves the fun activities like the pirate ship in the backyard for exercise, the swimming pool to cool off, playing frisbee or fetch until he is worn out. The staff even makes sure he gets his little nap and a cookie around lunch- time. The staff gives me peace of mind because they know his routine as well as I do. Thanks, Dogville, from Marshall and me!” Recently, Marshall and his mom moved out of state, and he is truly missed by the Dogville staff—so much so that a playroom was named in his honor. Delana says what she loves most about her job is seeing the longtime clients and canines, like Marshall, that have been coming to Dogville for years and interacting with so many different breeds of dogs and cats. “Then there’s the time we boarded three pet chickens, or the time we boarded 50 guinea pigs. … I love a challenge!” she adds. Additional services include grooming by an experienced on-site groomer, who is also certi- fied in cat grooming, and fun themed events. “We’ve just finished up with our photos with the Grinch for December,” Delana says. “We just started doing Small Dog Takeover Mondays twice a month. Dogs less than 20 pounds get the run of the place, including our giant room. They love it, and so do we!” Pet owners can also purchase Dogville’s pre- mium pet food created by Delana. “We have our own brand of dog food, Dogville Select,” she says, “that is locally sourced in north Texas. I got tired of so many recalls, so I wanted to find a place I could trust to make our food fresh and traceable. I hand-selected the recipes and would love for folks to try it for their dogs!” To ensure the health of staff and clients, Dogville is currently following the CDC’s safety guidelines regarding COVID-19. Curbside drop off/pickup is required for all services, but with a circle drive, the process is quick and convenient. For more information, visit dogville- daycare.com.
