Veterinary Associates also can provide boarding, grooming with a full-time in-house groomer, end-of-life consultation, euthanasia, and domestic and international travel certificates for pets. The staff can work with insurance policies, and Veterinary Associates also has pet annual wellness (PAW) plans. PAW plans cover bundled services such as shots, neutering or spaying, and other services at a 20 percent discount and monthly payments so clients can avoid large bills. General wellness includes dentistry, diet and nutrition, parasite control, wellness and preventive care, vaccinations, and microchipping. Diagnostic services include radiography, laboratory proce- dures, and other diagnostics. Surgery services include spaying, neutering, and soft-tissue surgery such as tumor removal, gastric procedures, and splenectomies. Cold laser therapy is available for pain management. For convenience, clients may order food and medicine or book appointments online or by telephone. Some same-day appointments are available. A client who refers a friend or relative to Veterinary Associates will receive a $25 referral bonus.
