4 TulsaPets • November/December 2020 This year has brought many challenges and much disagreement, but one thing I believe we can all agree on is: let’s be done with 2020 and look to brighter days for 2021! Here’s our November/December issue, and it’s got a lot of holiday flair! From our annual gift guide items to some heartwarming stories, we’ve got quite a mix for you, dear readers. Who doesn’t love the majestic bald eagles? Rehab specialist Kim Doner reports on these creatures, and it’s both educational and fun reading, chock full of facts that I did not know. Let’s heed her advice to get some binoculars and head out for a fun-filled day of adventure. Also, don’t miss the piece ‘Cruelty Isn’t OK’ by Heide Brandes. Issues happening right here in Oklahoma are disturbing and need addressing. Knowledge is power, so please be aware of what’s happening in our state, right under our noses.
