22 TulsaPets • September/October 2021 & Animal Dental Clinic of Tulsa Chanel’s Bathhouse & Spa N icole Bator was bathing her dog Chanel in her apartment kitchen when the idea sprang up: “How do people with large dogs pull this off if they live in a building like mine?” From there, Chanel’s Bathhouse & Spa was born. The business opened on June 15, 2021. Founder and co-owner Bator chose the location for the spa, 601 South Boston Avenue, Unit B, after her development company had rented the space originally to house a salon. When the salon business fell through, Bator knew the downtown loca- tion was the perfect spot for her self-service dog wash. The spa’s dog-wash system allows owners to stay in constant contact with their dogs while bathing them and switching between products. “We love the opportunity to provide a clean, safe, and innovative space for the community and for our guests to come and keep their furry family members clean,” Bator says. Chanel’s Bathhouse offers unlimited memberships, warm lighting, warm towels, and even fun pet treats for the ultimate experience.
