I love lighting my pomander spice candle, putting on socks, and feeling a nice cool breeze through the open windows. We’re all about facts in this issue. Rowena Mills’ Focus on Felines explores some historical record-breaking cats, and Kim Doner’s Critter Collection lists some unusual animal things we all probably didn’t know. Nancy Gallimore’s article on handicapable pets is a great example of the resiliency of our canine buddies. Don’t miss reading about Precious and her recent obstacle. Muddy Paws is going strong and we’re happy to include an update on this operation and its unique mission.
